Spicy Thai Basil Stir Fry from Plated

I'm sure you've seen all the various subscription boxes out these days... I've had the opportunity to work with a couple various ones of some recipe development projects.  So when Plated offered to send me some ingredients to try I was open and excited to check them out.  Over the next couple of weeks, I'm going to be highlighting some recipes. But today we're talking all about asian cuisine.  

Stir fry's are becoming my favorite go to meal...  they are so healthy and quick and a real fail proof way to play with flavor combinations.  

In one of the herb packets there were scallions, cilantro, mint, and thai basil.  I decided to give  the jasmine rice a sprinkling of each for the a great aromatic lift it needed to compliment the veggies. 

I had some leftover chicken & veggies wontons I had frozen from an earlier recipe it turned out to be a perfect meal to break up the day.
