Since fall is now technically here, the transition away from summer produce is kind of a bummer. I love tomatoes, cucumbers and onions fresh from the farmers markets. A few weeks ago, my dad came to visit and when he stopped in he brought me tomatoes from his garden. I had some beans in my cabinet that I'd been wanting to use but really wasn't quite sure how... so thanks to Pinterest and a recipe I found here. A few of my own additional touches, and viola!!! I ended up with a pasta salad that was out of this world.
